  Jackson buried my beloved Grandfather Eddie C. Sellers in 2011 and my beloved Grandmother Prophetess Linda H. Smith in 2016. I greatly appreciate Jackson for their PROFESSIONALISM AND COMPASSION given to the Harris and Smith Families.

  Contacted the Jackson Funeral Home on Feb. 4, 2016 to have my brother cremated. Spoke to Mrs Jackson, explained to her that I live in Florida and would fly up on the 5th to view the body and sign necessary paperwork. Was told I couldn't see the body. After some choice words, was able to go to McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium and view the body on the 6th. After two (2)weeks of repeated calls to Jackson, I realized they are uncaring and unprofessional. Contacted McDougald and implored them to get in contact with Jackson and was suprised that they were just as appalled as I and went one step further and delivered my brothers remains to the Jackson Funeral Home so I could finally pick them up. Thank God for McDougald Funeral Home for being understanding.
  Do not I repeat DO NOT let these people anywhere near your dearly departed.
